REVIEW
In the framework of the negotiations, parties have agreed on cooperation in attracting foreign direct investments in the economy of the city of Odesa, followed by effective legal protection of the interests of both, American and European investors. Particular attention was paid to legal assistance to domestic Ukrainian investors in protecting their investments made in the Crimean economy before 2014.

An instrument for the implementation of these agreements is the holding of a series workshops and seminars, which would result in the establishment of trust between representatives of local authorities in Odesa and investors as such. In the framework of negotiations, the parties agree on cooperation in attracting foreign direct investment in the economy of the city of Odesa, following by effective legal protection of the investments. In addition, it is scheduled to conduct an exchange of experience between representatives of the Ukrainian and American local governments in order to elaborate the most effective and appropriate modes of public-private partnership in Ukraine.
